Job Description

Position: Data & Analytics Lead

Location: Markham 4 Days/Week Onsite Required)

Status: Permanent Full Time

The Data & Analytics Lead will drive their data strategy supporting clients in optimizing campaigns improving customer engagement and maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise digital marketing knowledge and clientfacing communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Infrastructure: Design and manage ETL pipelines API integrations and data repositories like BigQuery.
  • Audience Segmentation: Develop customer segments using firstparty data to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards implement analytics solutions and provide actionable insights on campaign performance.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze data to identify trends forecast outcomes and refine strategies for improved ROI.
  • Marketing Automation: Configure tools like HubSpot and Klaviyo to streamline workflows and campaigns.
  • Strategic Leadership: Define data governance best practices and mentor team members in data literacy.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to align data solutions with goals.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree in Data Science Marketing Analytics or related fields.
  • 5 years in data engineering analytics or marketing technology.
  • Proficiency in SQL Python/R and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Looker).
  • Experience with platforms like Google Ads Meta Ads Shopify and HubSpot.


Preferred Skills:


  • Expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA).
  • Strong collaboration problemsolving and adaptability skills.


Skills: Excellent communicator Excellent interpersonal skills Energetic and highly-motivated Proven leadership experience Responsible individual Good team player Excellent time management skills Thrives on solving customer problems, performing analysis and paying attention to the details Enjoys learning in a fast-paced environment Essential Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience working with end users 3-5 years of experience in providing level 2-3 support for servers, switches, routers, access points and network infrastructure components Able to architect IT infrastructure solutions suitable for small and midsized organizations Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) Degree or Diploma in an IT-related field Must have in-depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting server hardware, security software, networks, TCP/IP, e-mail systems, Windows RDS/Terminal Services, virtualization technologies, storage concepts, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server and Office 365 3-5 years of experience working with desktop and server automation technologies such as remote software deployment, group policies, self-healing and auto-remediation Knowledge of Remote Management & Monitoring (RMM) systems including 3-5 years of experience working on an RMM platform In-depth knowledge of enterprise antivirus solutions Must have a car and a valid driver s license and be willing to travel mostly within the Toronto area Recommended Qualifications: Microsoft certification in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Knowledge of CRM and ERP technologies and products Knowledge of VMWare
