What you will be doing:
- Handle mergers and acquisitions general corporate and transactional matters.
- Draft and negotiate entity operating/shareholder agreements.
- Assist with private placements and succession planning.
- Manage tax and financing transactions.
- Oversee real estate acquisitions and leasing.
- Work on licensing and intellectual property matters.
- Draft and negotiate general contracts.
Experience you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate law (more preferred).
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
- Knowledge of general corporate and transactional matters.
- Experience with entity operating/shareholder agreements.
- Familiarity with private placements and succession planning.
- Understanding of tax and financing transactions.
- Experience in real estate acquisitions and leasing.
- Background in licensing and intellectual property.
- Ability to draft and negotiate contracts.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania bar required; New Jersey admission preferred.
