As per our requirement we are looking for linguistic tele callers who can conduct telephonic interviews (Survey based No Collection No Sales No Customer Service).
Job Description (Telephonic Interviewer):
- Conduction of telephonic interviews / Survey calling
- Attend outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different campaigns
- Build sustainable relationships and engage respondents by taking the extra mile
- Collection of conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Eligibility Criteria:
1835 years of age
12thpass or above
Proficient/familiar in computer operation
Experience and freshers can apply
Shift Time : Any shift between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Saturday 8h 30m Shift)
