- Conduct strategic followup calls with law firms showcasing excellent phone manner and negotiation skills
- Develop and maintain a robust system for organizing and tracking longterm case documentation ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality
- Act as a key liaison between the counseling center and partnering law firms fostering strong professional relationships
- Handle highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion maintaining strict confidentiality standards

Requirements
- Nativelevel English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
