Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our staffing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth through staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients needing staffing services in industries like IT BFSI FMCG Manufacturing and Retail.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls emails LinkedIn and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers business owners and decisionmakers.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored staffing solutions (temporary permanent contractual RPO).
  • Negotiation & Closure: Prepare proposals negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market demands.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records track progress and provide weekly/monthly reports to management.


Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing HR or related field.
Experience: 13 years in B2B sales preferably in staffing HR services or recruitment.
Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Understanding of staffing and recruitment processes
  • Ability to handle objections and provide strategic solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
