Job Description

Provide expert guidance to clients on buying selling and leasing properties.

Build and maintain longterm relationships with highnetworth clients investors and developers.

Conduct market research and provide insights on property trends pricing and investment opportunities.

Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.

Lead property viewings presentations and site visits for potential buyers and tenants.

Mentor and support junior property consultants helping them enhance their skills and achieve targets.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.

Manage and update property listings ensuring accurate and compelling marketing materials.

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and finance to enhance business operations.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Business Real Estate or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 35 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation persuasion and closing skills.

Indepth knowledge of real estate laws contracts and local market dynamics.

Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
