As B2B Product Marketing Manager your goal is to take our customers along on our journey of innovation. You share upcoming launches new product features and the product roadmap. The primary objective of the Product Marketing Manager is to drive the growth and adoption of innovative products and features that define and differentiate the platform.

Market Intelligence & Positioning
Conduct consumer and market research to understand user pain points competitive landscape and emerging trends
Define our unique value proposition and positioning across different audiences and persona s
Monitor and analyze ed tech companies in Europe to identify differentiation opportunities
Gotomarket strategy & Execution
Own the gotomarket strategy for new products and features collaborating with product sales customer success and support teams
Develop and execute launch plans ensuring alignment across teams and maximum market impact
Craft clear concise and compelling product messaging that resonates with different personas
Collaborate with content marketing to develop blogs whitepapers webinars and thought leadership pieces
Optimize messaging across website email campaigns and inproduct experiences
Sales enablement & Customer education
Create compelling sales enablement materials e.g. battle cards pitch decks FAQs product onepagers)
Train sales and customer success teams on product positioning messaging and objection handling
Develop case studies testimonials and other content that supports sales cycles
Gather qualitative and quantitative insights from customers and sales teams to refine messaging and strategy
Track feature adoption and customer feedback to inform roadmap and retention efforts
Experience: 37 years in product marketing SaaS B2B and/or EdTech industries.
Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to build and execute effective gotomarket GTM) strategies.
Storytelling & Messaging: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling narratives for various personas.
Product & GTM Collaboration: Skilled at translating product updates into impactful GTM campaigns ensuring alignment with business goals.
Analytical Mindset: Datadriven approach to measure impact derive insights and iterate marketing strategies effectively.
Content Creation: Expertise in creating engaging and persuasive content tailored to diverse audiences and use cases.
Deep Product Understanding: Comprehensive grasp of the product its roadmap and technical capabilities enabling precise messaging.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs integrations and SaaS architectures to translate technical concepts into customerfocused benefits.
CustomerCentric Mindset: Strong user research skills to deeply understand customer pain points behaviors and needs.
Agile Collaboration: Experience working in an Agile environment participating in sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
o Addressing AI adoption hesitations (trust transparency compliance) through clear and educational messaging.
o Collaborating with Product teams to align AI feature messaging with real customer pain points.
AI for Product Marketing: Skilled at leveraging AI tools for: o Market research and competitive intelligence.

Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work closely with engineering marketing design sales and customer support teams to ensure successful product positioning and launches.
