Your impact
As a Technical Business Analyst you will bring a background in business analysis and workshop facilitation along with handson experience in capturing requirements creating intuitive diagrams and sound technical writing skills. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements document processes and workflows ensure clear communication across teams and drive efficient project .

- Superstar in Requirements Gathering: Engaging with stakeholders to collect and document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Technical Writing Expert: Developing comprehensive technical documentation including user manuals technical specifications workflows and supporting architecture diagrams.
- Skilled Workshop Facilitator: Planning and confidently leading workshops to gather requirements discuss potential solutions and validate findings with stakeholders.
- Process Analysis Pro: Evaluating and documenting current business processes creating workflow diagrams identifying areas for improvement and proposing enhancements.
- Effective Stakeholder Communicator: Maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Project Support Specialist: Collaborating with project managers developers and QA teams to ensure the accurate implementation of business and technical requirements.
- Continuous Improvement Advocate: Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technical writing to continually improve our processes.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with substantial technical writing experience.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques as well as experience with technical writing tools like Microsoft Word flowcharting tools like Visio or Lucid and workspace tools like Miro etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing you to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Proven experience in planning and conducting workshops managing group dynamics and driving consensus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
A plus if you have:
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP CCBA) and/or Technical Writing.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Exposure to AWS.
- Experience working on datadriven projects.
