Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to join our team in Miami FL. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors you will be responsible for managing front desk operations handling communications and ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls taking messages as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Support office staff with general clerical duties
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
Qualifications :

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to handle a fastpaced environment with professionalism

- High school diploma or equivalent required
