Software QA Engineer- REF105V

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Software QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Software QA Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts for various software applications
• Perform functional regression integration and performance testing to identify and report software defects
• Collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure quality standards are met
• Utilize test automation tools to create and maintain automated test suites for improved efficiency
• Analyze test results document findings and provide detailed bug reports using tracking tools
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance overall product quality
• Mentor junior QA team members and share best practices in software testing

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Masters degree with 3 years of relevant experience 
• 2 years of experience automating test plans using Python. 
• Experience in setup or configuration of datacenter hardware such as Blade Servers Rack Servers Fabric Interconnect Chassis Adaptors Storage Controller Ethernet switch or FC switch 
• Experience working in Linux Operating System and working with VMWare Hypervisor 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience using Selenium Webdriver for UI automation 
• Experience in devtest activities of a cloudbased network management software including test scoping planning test automation and coordinating with other teams. 
• Experience troubleshooting ethernet Switch and FC Switch connectivity issues in the lab working with Ethernet adapters storage controllers BIOS BMC. 
• Experience working with Pure Storage arrays and Netapp Storage arrays. 
• Experience Installing Operating systems on Servers. 
• Experience working with docker or other containerizations platforms MongoDB. 
• Experience running Kubernetes commands and check pod status reviewing service logs. 
• Experience working with Jenkins to establish CI/CD pipelines 
• Experience working with Git or similar version control system 

Additional Information :

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:  The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $146800 $207000 per year plus bonus. This range is a goodfaith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by law.Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience and geographic location the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.An employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
