- Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant/vendor partners by ensuring their success on the foodpanda platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers to maximize partner engagement and retention.
- Monitor sales order volumes and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Identify and implement opportunities for upselling such as promotional campaigns advertising solutions and new service offerings.
- Work crossfunctionally with internal teams (e.g. operations marketing and logistics) to resolve partner issues and optimize service levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market demands to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions performance metrics and contract agreements.
- Perform adhoc tasks and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
What do you bring to the table
- Bachelors degree in business economics or a related field.
- 3 5 years experience in operations and management
- High level of independence selfconfidence and responsibility
- Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Able to work cohesively detailoriented organized with the ability to multitask
- Be able to relocate to another province
- Myanmar Native Only with proficiency in English
