Deputy Manager for Training
Excellent communication skills
Minimum of 3 years experience as seasoned Training Lead (oversee a team of 78 trainers) in a BPO setting
Knowledgeable in social/content media
Has client engagement/interactions
Understand Business Reviews
Can start ASAP (preferably unemployed)
College/Bachelors Graduate (any course)
Willing to work hybrid
Okay to work on a night and shifting schedule
