Qualifications:
- BACHELORS COMPUTER SCIENCE IT ENGINEERING or any related course
- Minimum Experience: 3 YEARS IT and 3 years networking experience
- Preferably with extensive computer network experience / system / database admin
- Knowledge of switches and routers and CISCO devices
- Reading and creating network diagrams
- Experience with incident management is a plus
- CCNA Certified
- IF CCNA Expired at least with CISCO training AND relevant work experience
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
- Amenable to work ONSITE (CLARK PAMPANGA).
- Able to start ASAP

Responsibilities:
- First point of contact of the IT Services Support and Operations team.
- First level incident and service requests. Monitor availability and continuity of IT services.
- Coordinate with other teams like IT Asset Management Team and audit teams and implement planned actions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Implement service specific technology migration and upgradation plan.
- Routine backup activity check for power/system/network redundancy
