Job Description
Job Purpose
Primarily responsible in providing the technology vision and leadership for developing implementing and managing information technology plans programs policies services and initiatives that support to accomplish the long term corporate goals and objectives of the company.
Responsibilities
- Ensures continuous delivery of IT products and services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance
Defines and communicates plans policies and standards for the organization for acquiring implementing and operating IT systems
Participates in IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation prioritizing IT initiatives and coordinating the evaluation deployment and management of current and future IT systems across the organization.
Coordinates and facilitates consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations. - Promote and oversee strategic relationships between internal IT resources and external entities including vendors and partner organizations.
- Executes an enterprisewide disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
- Manages the creation update consolidation compliance and communication of the Policies Procedures and Guidelines (PPG) of the department
Performs other jobrelated projects and tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Tasks
- Reviews results of monitoring reports concerning Data center Management Network Management Workstation Management Communication Management Status Backup report
Formulates new IT policy and do IT policy review on a weekly basis
Implements detailed operational guidelines for all IT facilities
- Reviews all regular mancom related reports (dashboard activity framework production report) and submits and presents to EXCOM
Proposes implements and oversees IT infrastructure projects on demand.
Participates actively in the Business Contingency Plan preparation planning and annually.
Develops and maintains an appropriate IT organizational structure that supports the needs of the business.
Establishes IT departmental goals objectives and operating procedures.
- Identifies opportunities for the appropriate and costeffective investment of financial resources in IT systems and resources including staffing sourcing purchasing and inhouse development.
Assesses and communicates risks associated with IT investments.
Develops tracks and monitors the information technology annual operating and capital budgets.
Develops business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
Assesses and makes recommendations on the improvement or reengineering of the IT organization.
- Participates in strategic and operational governance processes of the business organization as a member of the senior management team.
- Supervises recruitment development retention and organization of all IT staff in accordance with corporate budgetary objectives and personnel policies.
- Recommends prioritizes and controls projects and the project portfolio as they relate to the selection acquisition development and installation of major information systems.
- Reviews hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements to capitalize on economies of scale.
- Reviews all regular mancom related reports (dashboard activity framework production report) and submits and presents to EXCOM.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Required Education/Professional Licensure/Certifications
A graduate of BS Computer Technology Computer Science or Engineering course
Minimum Required Experience
At least twelve 12 years of IT work experience preferably in a financial institution seven 7 of which are in managerial capacity

- Well versed in IT infrastructure architecture processes implementation and support in areas such as Data Center consolidation systems management desktop systems management networking data security data storage and retrieval application enablers system enablers systems monitoring and disaster recovery.
