Monitor and collaborate with the companys customerfacing

groups/departments to ensure optimized interactions between company and our customers

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of business management business

administration or any humanunderstanding related course

  • Experience: 6 years of professional experience in the customer service operations and management and ideally with 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity
  • Experience: Has knowledge and exposure to customer service

operations for multiple channels (web phone social onpremise)

with understanding of typical tools and platforms used

  • Technical skills: Knowledgeable in presentationmaking.

preparation of reports/ briefing materials/minutes written and

oral communication and strong presentation skills:

  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent with relationship management

Detailoriented Critical thinker. Team player. Selfstarter. Creative

and resourceful.
