He/she will perform various duties for project development which include coordinating with a variety of groups and other support units to achieve project development objectives.
He/she assists in the land acquisition/dealmaking stage of the project development process and prepares project brief components with guidance.
The Project Development Associate also participates in developing feasibility studies and prepares and updates financial runs with guidance for evaluation of project profitability/financial feasibility.
He/she also oversees property management operations assists in project monitoring (i.e. costs budgets disbursements etc) conducts research work helps secure permits takes care of legal documents and helps in organizing presentations and negotiations.
Represents the team in other external affairs related to the project such as community relations and government relations. He also manages correspondence with key contacts
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree preferably businessrelated course
Good analytical skills in finance and operations
Organizational and project management skills
Networking and relationship management skills
Willing to work in project site (Work arrangement is hybrid: WAH project site office)
