Job Description
TASQ Staffing Solutions urgently needs call center agents for its Mandaluyong site this December. What follows is an overthephone interview beginning on weekdays except for holidays. If you are not able to answer the call a followup text will be sent with a number ending in 763 and/or a followup email will be sent through to check your availability.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 6 months of BPO experience (Telco Upselling experience is a plus)
At least HS Graduate
Must be amenable to work in Mandaluyong
Must be flexible to work in shifting schedules weekends and holidays (there will be 2 consecutive days off)
Must have good tenure/ commitment
Must be willing to work onsite
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally addressing their inquiries concerns and requests.
Provide accurate and relevant information to customers ensuring highquality service and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience striving to resolve them effectively.
Utilize company systems and databases to document and update customer interactions and details.
Follow company guidelines and protocols for call handling ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets including call quality and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge company policies and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Participate in ongoing training sessions and coaching to enhance skills and performance.
Upselling might be needed (depending on the account)
