Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- With background and experience in the following Key Results Areas:
- Motorpool Management
- Fuel Management
- Cost Management
- Building / Housekeeping and Utilities
- Asset Tagging
- Employee Services (Canteen Fleet Accommodation)
- Construction Monitoring
- With strong knowledge in the processes of inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of facilities and able to make recommendations for work required
- With technical knowhow in construction / renovation works land acquisition and building/premises management
- Exposure in 3rd party Management or has closely worked and communicated with contractors and suppliers
- Experienced in policy development procedures and work instructions
