Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree or above in computerrelated majors
2. More than 5 years of experience in java programming in the internet industry
3. More than 2 years of experience in companies with over 1000 employees and team management experience of leading a team with more than 25 members
4. Preferred with working experiences in US/European companies or studying in Europe/US
