Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist XRay
Location: Tewksbury MA
Shift Type: Afternoons
Shift Schedule: Wednesday Saturday 12:30 PM 11:00 PM 10hour shifts)
Role Overview:
The Radiologic Technologist will provide mobile Xray and EKG services (if applicable) to nursing homes healthcare facilities and other medical settings. This position requires clinical competency technical expertise and professionalism in handling diagnostic imaging procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and process Xrays using portable digital (DR) or computed radiography (CR) equipment.
- Transport and unload portable Xray equipment from a companyprovided vehicle to perform physicianordered exams.
- Obtain clinically diagnostic highquality Xray images for Radiologist interpretation.
- Perform EKGs (if required) and transmit results to a Cardiologist for review.
- Accurately document examrelated paperwork and billing information per protocol.
- Communicate professionally with peers management dispatch teams and clients.
- Maintain equipment functionality and cleanliness to ensure efficiency and patient safety.
- Perform additional duties as assigned per the full job description and Associate Handbook.
