Job Description
- Manage the 24x7 monitoring of infrastructure and application performance performing regular health checks to ensure IT services availability
- Oversee IT planned maintenance activities by controlling alert blackout requests and ensuring adherence to approved change or release windows by implementors for minimized controlled impact on IT services and infrastructure.
- Alert all relevant internal and external stakeholders for any critical/high severity alerts and engage IT Incident Management for immediate and prompt restoration of IT services.
- Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.
Work Experience:
- Experience Range 02 Yrs Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Telecommunications from an accredited university
