TASQ is currently looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals fluent in both Korean and English to join our team as Bilingual Call Center Agents. This exciting position demands a strong grasp of both languages to provide exceptional customer service in a fastpaced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in both Korean and English offering outstanding support via phone chat or email.
Assist in addressing customer queries troubleshooting problems and resolving concerns with professionalism and precision.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering timely clear and effective solutions.
Organize and document customer interactions and feedback promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English.
Previous experience in a BPO or customer service setting is preferred but not essential.
Must currently live in Cebu City or nearby areas in Cebu province (or be willing to relocate).
Availability to participate in a screening interview and be reachable for followup communication.
