Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to restore function improve mobility and alleviate pain.
- Provide handson therapy exercises and education to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Required:
- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Licensure.
- American Heart Association BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Preferred:
- Master or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
