Job Description
Experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor
Are you ready to lead a team solve challenges and deliver exceptional service ServiceMaster is looking for an experienced supervisor to join our communityfocused team.

What Youll Do:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high cleaning standards for up to 15 buildings
- Lead mentor and work alongside a team of 1520 cleaners to build a strong cohesive team.
- Conduct regular inspections provide handson support and maintain strong client relationships.
What You Wont Do:
- Handle hiring scheduling or chasing supplies weve got dedicated staff for that!
- Be left alone in difficult situations our management team is nearby and ready to support you.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills across inperson phone text and email interactions.
Ability to work a 40hour workweek (Monday Friday 1pm 9pm).
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (required).
A passion for delivering highquality service with attention to detail.
