The Senior Demand Planner Statistician is responsible for developing and implementing advanced statistical models to forecast product demand accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills experience in demand planning and a deep understanding of statistical methodologies.

What You Will Do:

  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain statistical models to predict future product demand utilizing historical data market trends and other relevant factors.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data customer behavior and market trends to identify patterns and inform forecasting models.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on demand forecasts inventory status and key performance indicators to stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency through process improvements and the adoption of new tools and technologies.

  • Intermediate problem identification/solving and navigating ambiguous situations.

  • Apply knowledge of business and the markets to improve service and inventory through accuracte forecasting

  • Build internal/external partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business/Statistics Supply Chain Management Engineering Data Science or related field of study

  • 3 years of work experience as a Demand Planner Statistician

  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g. R SAS Python) and advanced Excel skills; experience with demand planning tools such as Kinaxis is highly desirable

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with different audiences

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders

  • Ability to navigate complex policy process and peoplerelated organizational dynamics

  • A track record of successfully delivering to Key Performance Indicators and business objectives

  • Experience with crossfunctional collaboration and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability for using a strategic mindset
