Are you a Senior Engineer with a passion for municipal wastewater projects and a knack for leadership Haskell is seeking an experienced professional to join our Design & Consulting Team and lead innovative engineering solutions for water and wastewater systems.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Leading the planning design and of water and wastewater treatment projects.
  • Managing project scopes schedules and budgets ensuring timely and costeffective delivery.
  • Coordinating multidiscipline teams and directing the design of key infrastructure components like pipelines pumping stations and treatment plants.
  • Building positive relationships with clients regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development efforts.

What Youll Need to Thrive:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical Chemical or related engineering field.
  • 10 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering with a PE license and a background in consulting.
  • Strong project management leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with CADD project scheduling and proposal development is a plus.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand walk stoop kneel crouch and manipulate (lift carry move) light to medium weights of 1050 pounds. Requires good handeye coordination and arm hand and finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit reach with hands and arms talk and hear.
