Job Description
- Successful completion of a Masters degree.
- Current license (or eligibility) to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
- A minimum of five 5 years nursing clinical practice as well as documented progressive responsibility in nursing management.
- Excellent communication negotiation and conflict management skills. Good presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
- Strong ability to develop effective nursing teams to mentor and coach others and to foster provider and nursing collaboration.
- Demonstrated competence in operations finance and computer systems.
- Models a positive professional attitude and excellence in customer service. Evidence of active participation in professional issues in nursing and healthcare through involvement in professional associations and participation in ongoing educational.
