Job Description
1st level support for transport topics
Handling of Track & Trace requests
Organization of special transport in case of urgent customer demands
Handling of transport damage claims
Organization of return deliveries
Coordination and tracking of the forwarder performance
Qualifications :
General understanding and interest on logistics processes
Experiences in communication with logistics service provider
High customer orientation and flexibility
Very good German skills are mandatory
English skills are highly appreciated
