Job Description
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
- Design endtoend SAP HXM solutions with a focus on SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards.
- Develop solution architectures including system integrations data models and security designs.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central Recruiting Performance & Goals Compensation Learning and Succession Planning.
- Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects including configuration and integration with thirdparty systems.
- Define and document technical specifications architecture diagrams and solution designs.
- Collaborate with project managers consultants developers and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope budget and timeline.
- Conduct workshops training sessions and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation with a focus on solution architecture.
- Proven track record of designing and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global enterprises.
- Indepth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are desirable.
- Strong communication skills in German and English
