Job Description
Music Teacher Fulltime Permanent (April/September 2025 Start)
Location: Shropshire
Salary: Paid to scale on MPS / UPS
Role Overview: Our client is seeking a creative and inspiring Music Teacher to join a leading school in Shropshire. The successful Music Teacher will be responsible for delivering dynamic music lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 as well as contributing to the extracurricular music activities that are an integral part of the school community.
Key Responsibilities for the Music Teacher:
- Deliver highquality Music lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Plan and execute exciting studentfocused music curricula.
- Lead musicrelated extracurricular activities including concerts rehearsals and music clubs.
- Support students in developing their musical talents and creativity.
- Collaborate with other Music Teachers to continue improving the music programme.
The Ideal Candidate for Music Teacher:
- A degree in Music or a related subject.
- Qualified Music Teacher with QTS (PGCE or equivalent).
- Passionate about teaching music and developing students musical skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
