Job Description
Physics Teacher Fulltime Permanent (April/September 2025 Start)
Location: Shropshire
Salary: Paid to scale on MPS / UPS
About the School: We are seeking an enthusiastic Physics Teacher to join a prestigious school in Shropshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a Physics Teacher to inspire and educate students from Key Stage 3 to 5 helping them to achieve outstanding results in the subject and prepare for universitylevel study in physics.
Key Responsibilities for Physics Teacher:
- Deliver highquality Physics lessons to students at Key Stages 3 to 5.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support student success in physics.
- Support students with practical work experiments and understanding core physical concepts.
- Collaborate with fellow Physics Teachers to continuously improve the departments curriculum.
- Encourage students to participate in extracurricular physicsrelated activities.
The Ideal Candidate for Physics Teacher:
- A degree in Physics or a related field.
- Qualified Physics Teacher with QTS (PGCE or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching Physics at secondary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
