Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging highquality lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Create a safe nurturing and inclusive classroom where every child can thrive.
- Assess and track childrens progress providing timely feedback and adapting plans to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and the leadership team to deliver a consistent and inspiring educational experience.
- Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers fostering open communication about each childs learning journey.
- Participate in school events and initiatives that enrich the holistic development of our pupils.
