Aprestigious Girls School in Richmond upon Thames is seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher (French Specialist) to join our Languages department. We seek an educator who can inspire a love for the French language and culture in our students.

About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging French lessons across Key Stages 35 including ALevel.
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that incorporate authentic resources and cultural experiences.
- Facilitate interactive language practice and encourage students to develop fluency and accuracy in French.
- Assess student progress through speaking listening reading and writing tasks providing detailed and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the French curriculum and participate in departmental meetings.
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities such as French clubs film screenings and trips abroad to enhance student learning.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in French or Modern Foreign Languages.
- Extensive experience teaching French to ALevel with a proven track record of achieving excellent student results.
- Native or nearnative fluency in French and a deep understanding of French culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Commitment to fostering a love of languages and preparing students for success in a globalized world.
