Job Description
The Role:
- Fulltime Lead Practitioner of Geography required to join a dynamic and forwardthinking school in Hackney.
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated Geography teachers driving excellence in teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement an engaging and challenging Geography curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
- Provide highquality professional development to colleagues supporting their growth and development.
- Play a key role in raising standards of achievement in Geography across the school.

- A passionate and experienced Geography teacher with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with students staff and parents.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a desire to make a real difference to the lives of young people.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Geography or a related subject.
- Significant experience teaching Geography at all key stages.
- Proven leadership experience ideally within a school setting.
- Right to work in the UK.
