Job Description

Job Summary:

Amman based companyis seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Team Lead/Executive with 4 to 5 years of experience in selling recurring revenue services ideally in HR solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Saudi market and a proven track record of acquiring and managing B2B clients. Based in Amman Jordan with frequent travel primarily to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify target and acquire new clients for payroll outsourcing services.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
  • Build relationships with HR finance and decisionmakers in companies.
  • Stay updated on market trends competition and industry best practices.
  • Leverage existing networks to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations demos and meetings with potential clients.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and report progress to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and explore upsell/crosssell opportunities.
  • Work on contract renewals and longterm partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 45 years of B2B sales experience in recurring services.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market and business environment.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience engaging with Clevel executives HR directors and finance teams.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication presentation and networking skills.
  • CRM proficiency for tracking leads and sales activities preferably in SalesForce.
