Your Role as SENCO:
- Lead and develop the SEN provision ensuring outstanding support for students.
- Work closely with teachers parents and external agencies to provide tailored education plans.
- Oversee the EHCP process ensuring all students receive the support they need.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in SEND teaching and inclusion strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate SEN provision to ensure high standards of student progress and wellbeing.
Who Were Looking For:
- A qualified SENCO (or teacher with relevant experience working in SEN).
- Experience in managing EHCPs interventions and inclusive teaching strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for ensuring every student has access to a highquality education.
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
