Job Description

The Assistant Brand Manager for Indulgent Instants is a key role on our highest profile Instant brands as part of our UKwide Marketing team. Working closely with the Brand team on key initiatives for growth.

You will be responsible for executing brand plans for indulgent instants both ATL & BTL activations delivering exciting innovation and renovation projects supporting instore activations as well as supporting the development & of our annual brand plan. To ensure you have a good grounding in brand performance you will also be actively involved in brand tracking and analysis shaping insights and actions for growth.

Working closely with crossfunctional teams both internally & externally youll be exposed to the full marketing mix.

Previous experience in either marketing category management insights/analytics communications or shopper marketing is essential.

 

Responsibilities;

  • With support from the Category Manager & Category Lead play a key role in developing and executing Indulgent Instants activations ATL & BTL across TV social digital & shopper touchpoints.
  • Be a champion for your brand and category working closely with local and global stakeholders.
  • Support the Brand Manager(s)/ Category Manager on range/portfolio management including management of innovation & renovation projects including packaging artwork activation and in store through powerful sellin and launch plans.
  • Responsible for brand and portfolio performance tracking and analysis and supporting the wider sales & marketing team to drive growth against budget targets
  • Responsible for compiling market & competitor reviews in order to feed into plans
  • Supports Instant team members on ad hoc initiatives as required.

Qualifications :

Must have:

  • Previous Marketing experience in brand management preferably FMCG.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. Turning insights into actions.
  • Experience developing & executing digital & shopper comms across social media websites digital and shopper touchpoints is highly desired.
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with track record of building strong relationships/collaboration
  • An entrepreneurial selfstarter mindset (we are a startup business)
  • A can do attitude

Nice to have:

  • Assistant Brand Manager FMCG with 12 years experience

Education:

  • Educated to degree level Marketing/Business/Management highly desirable.
