Job Description
Were a young startup founded in the canton of Uri by a healthy mix of ETH and HSG alumni. Our closeknit team of 10 is based in Zrich and Altdorf developing a SaaS solution that helps teams analyze improve and track all aspects of their teamwork on a single platform. Our AIpowered teamwork assistant focuses on a teams key factors for success: communicating effectively managing time and resources cooperatively offering constructive feedback and many more.
Already more than 60 companies like CSS Axpo and Smile rely on Moodtalk. Now we want to scale to 1000 companies and we need your help to get there!
Were looking for a talented AI Engineer Intern whos curious about exploring teamwork challenges and eager to make an impact. From day one youll be a core member of our team.
Tasks
Your responsibilities
when developing new AI features will range through the full development cycle:
- Understanding customer pain points in close collaboration with our Customer Success team
- Selecting the AI tools that balance quality and speed (we ship fast!
- Implementing features in our stack
- Evaluating your AI solutions in realworld use casesand refining them as needed
Requirements
Youre the perfect candidate if you have
- Experience applying modern AI to realworld text datawhether in class projects (nice! side projects (even better! or production (perfect!. We specifically look for experience in:
- Writing LLM prompts and flows using common API providers
- Building testing and deploying agents in langchaingraphflow (or a comparable agentic framework)
- Running inference and/or training transformer models in Hugging Face PyTorch TensorFlow or similar
- Proficiency in Python and Java (optionally also in Angular or another SPA framework)
- Familiarity with a standard toolchain (IntelliJ Git Maven Jira Confluence)
- The curiosity to dig into data until you truly understand the problem at hand
- Understanding German is an advantage
