Job Description
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: 40000.0048000.00 per year
Location: Derby
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Tasks
Provide ongoing care health social and emotional support.
Create a safe valued and supportive home for children and families.
Offer shortterm planned activities for children.
Consider and act on the views of parents families carers and children.
Support children in taking reasonable calculated risks with a least restrictive approach.
Requirements
Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) 2 years management/supervisory experience (must complete Level 5 QCF within 18 months).
2 years management/supervisory experience in a care setting within the past 3 years at a proficient level.
QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Full UK driving licence (manual)
Hold a full clean DBS
Hold a UK Passport
Share Code for Right to Work (if you are not a British or EU passport holder)
