SPD Tech - Per Diem

We are seeking a Sterile Processing Technician (Per Diem) to join our team in Lynwood CA. This role is essential in ensuring the cleaning sterilization and distribution of surgical instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control standards. As a traveler youll have the opportunity to work in a fastpaced healthcare setting gaining valuable experience while supporting surgical teams.

• Decontaminate inspect assemble and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
• Operate and maintain autoclaves ultrasonic cleaners and chemical disinfectants
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and infection control protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes and inventory levels
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure the timely availability of sterile instruments
• Adhere to hospital policies and best practices for patient safety

• CRCST Certification (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Minimum 12 years of sterile processing experience (Travel experience preferred)
• Proficiency in sterilization techniques equipment operation and infection control
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a highdemand environment
