Job Description
Reporting to the Director Merchandise Planning this role serves as the lead for the endtoend store inventory and assortment planning process. This role requires collaboration with the regional sales operations teams and independent owners to build set and manage the strategic inventory position best suited for all stores / markets. Additionally this role will lead a team of Store Inventory Planners and be responsible for their training development and career mapping.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage a train a team of corporate store inventory planners
- Work closely with the field to set the strategic plans for each market and ensure their
- Keep informed on product catalogue changes to proactively adjust assortment if need be
- Store opening inventory lead
Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- Diploma in supply chain business and or any relevant area of study with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual in French and English both spoken and written as you will need to collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada.
