Job Description
- Leverage Microsoft PowerPoint to design and format client presentations to adhere to brand guidelines and approved templates
- Convert and rebrand PowerPoint presentations to new brand guidelines and approved templates
- Format PDF and Word documents based on the templates provided
- Design graphics and diagrams based on the concepts provided/context of the content
- Update and format tables and charts based on the sources of data and templates provided
- In addition to Microsoft Office applications work with the Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Produce highquality marketing material for print and digital endpoints including brochures flyers and advertisements
- Source banner images and icons based on varied themes related to the financial industry
- Edit and update material based on regional compliance and marketing requirements
- Ensure material is exported to the appropriate web and print specifications taking into consideration aspects like bleeds trim registration marks and ink levels
- Review and ensure material specifically complies with client requirements and generally with brand and design guidelines
- Maintain an artwork repository and version control to ensure the accessibility and availability of artwork
Requirements
- Willingness to work during UK business hours
- Degree in multimedia design or related areas
- 2 years of experience in formatting presentations creating marketing collateral advertising or other artwork
- Indepth knowledge of and experience in formatting Word documents and PowerPoint presentations
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop InDesign and Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to independently read understand and comply with client requirements and brand guidelines
- Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Ability to interact effectively with staff and clients over email and calls
- Knowledge/interest in capital markets funds and asset management (preferred)
- Experience with After Effects Premier Pro and Sketch (preferred)
Bachelor s Degree, with a technology or business emphasis, or equivalent. Completion of the PMP certification would be an added advantage. 12-15 years of solid experience in software Project Management. Previous experience in handling foreign clients directly is a must. Excelled in wider stakeholder management. Critical thinking to analyse complex situations and independently determine the appropriate course of action. Solid understanding of end-to-end software development life cycle and adherence to industry best practices in successfully delivering projects with urgency. Strong skills and experience in issue resolution, with the ability to influence team members and other stakeholders, and the ability to conduct difficult negotiations. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with Project Management tools
