Our Client is a rapidly growing information assurance and cybersecurity solutions company that provides highend network and security consulting to Department of Defense and Intelligence Community clients. We are looking for a talented and passionate Operations Research Analyst who would support one of our clients located in the Fort Meade MD area.
About the Role:
The Operations Research (OR) Analyst for our client will support Y544 (Enterprise Operations Research) across a variety of OR projects and will leverage various modeling techniques including statistical models simulation and optimization to address complex challenges. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather and define modeling requirements and preparing comprehensive reports to communicate modeling approaches and results effectively. The OR Analyst may also assist in the development of training materials focused on Operations Research methods such as optimization and simulation. A TS/SCI clearance with FSP from a Federal Client(no CCA etc) is a required qualification for this position.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must meet ORA2 requirements 10 years of experience required with a BS 8 with an MS 6 with a PhD).
- TS/SCI clearance with FSP from the Federal Client required (no CCAs etc.
- Most important is experience using a variety of modeling approaches as necessary for solving the problem (statistical models simulation optimization etc..
- Experience gathering modeling requirements from stakeholders
- Experience preparing reports of modeling approach and results and briefing modeling results to stakeholders
- May help in the development of training materials in Operations Research techniques such as optimization and simulation.
