Job Description
NCDHHS ITD is seeking a Technical Specialist for a project to deploy prebuilt Salesforce package application that will be configured with minimal customization in Electronic Signature and Document Development.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- NCDHHS ITD is seeking a TechnicalSpecialist for a project to deploy prebuilt Salesforce package application thatwill be configured with minimal customization in Electronic Signature andDocument Development.
- The goal of theproject is to implement and validate a reporting solution to replace multipleoutdated Adult Services data collection systems (Adult Protective ServicesRegistry (APSR) Disinterested Public Agent Guardian (DPAG).
- This reportingsolution along with strategic enterprise interfaces with the Salesforceplatform for future inclusion of Division of Aging programs.
- Vendor onboarding has been completed.
- Thisproject is in the phase.
- This position will work with the businessand vendor to ensure that the development testing and deployment of themodules is done smoothly and responsible for ongoing maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The experienceddeveloper will work on both Salesforce application development integrationdevelopment and maintenance of the application.
- Responsiblefor maintaining the document generation and electronic signature custom code
- Thisindividual will collaborate with stakeholders and other Agile team members todevelop reliable secure code from inception to completion ensuring alignmentwith organizational goals
- Providesupport and troubleshooting for ongoing Salesforce issues reported by users
- Theresource will test finished incremental components and provide feedback to thevendor.
- Regularlymonitor the Salesforce environment to ensure system health uptime andperformance
- Reviewand own the security & encryption as implemented and best practiceoversight and continuous maintenance
- Responsiblefor the maintenance of MuleSoft Integrations
- MonitorAPIs and Integrations
- Assistingin performing functional and integrated testing
- Preparingand maintaining project documentation and artifacts including analysis reportsand user documentation
- Supportingrequired system golive activities
- AttendingProject meetings
- Employee will perform otherrelated work as required
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES /COMPETENCIES
- Experiencebuilding and modifying complex applications on a Salesforce lightning platform
- Strongunderstanding and experience with all configuration aspects of Salesforceincluding for development.
- Experiencedeveloping custom objects workflows validation rules and triggers in SFDC.
- SalesforceAdministrator Developer Copado certifications required.
- Understandingof Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and process
- Experiencewith Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word EXCEL PowerPoint Visio) and MicrosoftProject
- Experiencewith SharePoint end user experience sites libraries lists and groups
- Musthave familiarity with agile methodology tools and frameworks i.e. ScrumKanban
- Experience working for Federal or State government is preferred and best practice oversight collaboration
- Experience with software implementation projects and with Cloud technologies

Knowledge of installing configuring and upgrading Copado as an Enterprise Copado Product Solution with multiple orgs
Knowledge and experience for best practice oversight and coaching Salesforce project teams on Copado and Release Management processes
Experience and knowledge working with a CoE/best practice oversight team and coaching Salesforce project teams in coordination with SF Platform owner
Salesforce Admin I and II certification
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II and/ or Platform App Builder certification
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Certification
Copado I and II Certifications
CRT Certification
Experience with Shield and Lightning (LWC)
Experience with Salesforce Flows
Experience using Salesforce Platform Community Service Cloud and Gov Cloud
Experience with Salesforce requirements analysis and developing and maintaining technical diagrams
Experience with Ownbackup installations and maintenance
Experience with Mulesoft
