Location: Houston TX Onsite
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in system integration and data migration projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and delivering IT projects while ensuring seamless integration of systems and successful migration of data with minimal risk and downtime.
Must Have:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead endtoend project delivery ensuring timelines budgets and scope are met.

System Integration: Manage and oversee integration of enterprise applications databases and thirdparty systems.

Data Migration: Develop and execute data migration strategies ensuring data integrity security and minimal business disruption.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders IT teams vendors and external partners to ensure alignment with project goals.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks develop mitigation strategies and ensure resolution of issues.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation including project plans status reports and risk logs.

Compliance & Security: Ensure all integration and migration activities adhere to compliance standards and security best practices.

Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Utilize best practices from Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive efficient project .

Training & Change Management: Oversee user training and change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition postmigration.
