We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to empower individuals by enhancing their ability to perform daily activities and build greater independence. This position offers the opportunity to provide therapy in educational clinical or community settings while working alongside a multidisciplinary team to support clients overall development and success.
Key responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments to evaluate motor sensory and functional skills designing individualized treatment plans tailored to each clients needs and leading targeted therapy sessions to improve fine motor skills sensory processing and daily living abilities. In this role you ll collaborate closely with families educators and other professionals to ensure continued progress. Maintaining accurate records of assessments treatment plans and client progress is essential for compliance and quality care. Additionally you will offer expert recommendations on assistive tools and adaptive strategies contribute to IEP meetings to help shape individualized goals and stay current with industry advancements through ongoing professional development.

Requirements
- State certification with an OT endorsement.
- Current and valid Illinois Occupational Therapy license.
- Master s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in occupational therapy ideally working with children of diverse abilities.
