Our client is a wellestablished school located in JaunpurVaranasi. .
The School has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Motivated and engaging teacher to join us. You will be joining an incredibly dedicated caring and collaborative team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has bachelors degree with Education (B.ed) and Bachelors/ master degree in Science
- Has Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years.
- Are located in City Jaunpur.
- Has high level of success in teaching across school children.
- Has strong Interpersonal communication written and spoken English
- Is enthusiastic imaginative and forward thinking
- Can inspire motivate and engage children to achieve and succeed
- Is able to form positive relationship with Children staff and parents
About the role:
Teaching:
- Plan and teach wellstructured lessons to assigned classes following the schools plans curriculum and scheme of work
- Assess monitor record and report on the learning needs progress and achievement of assigned students making accurate and productive use of assessments
- Adapt teaching to respond to the strength and needs of students
- Set high expectations which inspire motivate and challenge students.
- Promote good progress and outcome by students
- Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
- Participate in arrangements for preparing students for external and internal tests
Organization Strategy and Development
- Contribute to the development implementation and evaluation of the schools policies practices and procedures to support the schools values and vision
- Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
- Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure coordinated outcomes
- Play the role of substitute teachers in an unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.
Professional Development
- Take part in the Schools appraisal process
- Take part in further Training and Development in order to improve your own Teaching.
Qualifications and Skills:Bachlors and masters in Science ,B.ed mandatory, minimum experience 2 to 5 years in TGT Science teaching. Master s Degree in Science Bachelor of Education (B.Ed. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of smartboards, projectors, and other teaching technologies. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools is a plus. Key Competencies: Strong knowledge of Science concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Strong organizational and classroom management skills. Benefits Salary-30k-40k Accommodation and food will be provided by school.
