This position demonstrates ownership for the store by maximising store productivity and profitability through team building and staff development and goal attainment. The Store Manager develops and plans to achieve sales and productivity goals evaluates market information and creates strategies that can impact store results. The Store Manager leads by example sets the tone for the store and provides feedback to their team that will result in more efficient productive and profitable stores that exceed our standards.
Requirements
Education:
Candidates must possess at least a diploma or degree.
Experience:
At least 35 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially having working
experience in apparel brands will be preferable.
Fluent in Chinese and English Able to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage
Preferably Manager specialized in Sales Retail/General or equivalent.
Familiar with computer operation.
Have the ability of Team management and coordination.
Strong sense of responsibility healthy and positive working attitude good professional ethics
and language writing skills.
