We re seeking a detailoriented and proactive Admin Assistant to join our client s fastpaced marketing agency. Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the company s digital inbox ensuring prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and internal communications
- Handle fulfillment tasks related to marketing services ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables and maintaining high standards of quality
- Monitor ongoing marketing campaigns tracking progress and providing regular updates to the team
- Assist in basic reporting tasks compiling data and creating clear concise reports for internal use and client presentations
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing team including scheduling document preparation and file management
- Maintain organized digital records ensuring easy access to important information for team members
- Collaborate with team members across different time zones facilitating smooth communication and project coordination
- Adapt to new tools and processes as the company grows continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- 3 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Proficiency in using email management tools basic office software and willingness to learn new digital platforms
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology is a plus
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
