Job Description
Based in South Reading in the countryside our clients are looking for an experienced manager to support the team and the day to day running of this busy setting. Working a 42.5 working week they are offering a great salary offered c 40k plus onsite parking and benefits.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
